I've added several Vimeo and Youtube videos into a Powerpoint presentation using the embed online video feature. However when shared with a colleague, they are unable to play the videos and are getting the error "this browser is no longer supported" even though they are using one of the suggested browsers, Google Chrome.

    Hi @D, P

Does this issue occur with your PowerPoint when displaying online videos?

    • If not, could you please check the Office versions (Version name, Version number and the 32-bit or 64-bit) of yours and others' via going to File > Account > Product Information? Do your and others' default browsers are all Google Chrome? Your colleagues may try to reset Edge to check this issue. Please ensuer the Office meet minimum version numbers required in PowerPoint to play online videos. Besides, I suggest your colleagues update Windows system to have a check.
    • If yes, it's recommended to insert only Youtube videos for a test. Sometimes, Vimeo videos with unlisted permissions will cause displaying issue.

Any updates, welcome to post back.
