Cannot connect to Azure Blob storage from MSP360 backup software

I get an error message that says "This request is not authorized to perform this operation." when I try to connect to my Azure storage account.

    Is the Azure storage account firewall set to allow public access? If not can you confirm the IP address that is running your backup software is allowed through the firewall?

    Also can you confirm how you are authenticating to the storage account? If it is using an RBAC role make sure you have appropriate permissions.
