After Creating a custom Named Entity Recognition project, we are getting "A server error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."

After creating a custom Named Entity Recognition project in language studio, when we try to access the project, we get the following error "A server error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again." can you please let us know how to resolve this issue and the reason for this issue? we have our azure services from west Europe.

With respect to the error you are facing, have you opened the studio page immediately after the resource creation? I have noticed that if the resource is in creation stage and if you open the studio and select the language resource project creation and loading of pages fail partially until the resource is completely created. Logging out and logging in to the studio after resource creation helped to load the pages correctly. Also, do you have any network restrictions on your machine or is your language or storage account open to all networks in their networking settings? Thanks!!
