I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. In the post Chelsea says to right click the excel file and select properties, then to copy the URL under location and then add the file's name at the end. It appears in the screenshots that she's meaning to right click the folder that the specific excel file is in, copy that address and then add the name of the specific file from the folder who's URL you just copied. Am i reading that correctly? It doesn't seem to matter which way I try, I still end up with the same error message from the beginning.
