How do I color-code email messages base on conditions in Mac OS? I have seen a lot of videos and documentation on doing it on Windows but not in Mac OS. Help is appreciated!

    Yes. It's currently not available in Outlook for Mac. Below is a similar feature request posted in the official feedback portal for Outlook. Let's add votes there and hopefully this can be realized in the future.

    Hi, I hope I can help you with this question. Conditional Formatting (feature to color-code email) is currently only available for Outlook for Windows.
