Exchange Hybrid (Exchange 2016 & Office 365) Three Services not started

Hi in our hybrid Exchange Environment, I just noticed there are three services Not Starting:

Sync Host_3d6a513 service
Download Map Manager
MS exchange notification broker.

Are they supposed to be stopped or started?

    I also checked them in my label, both of them are not running.

    As AndyDavid said, those services are set to Automatic, they will running automatically if needed.

    Most of the Exchange-related services are named in the "MSExchange........." format. Other services required by Exchange are related to IIS. If you want to check them, you can run command below in EMS: 

    Test-ServiceHealth ServerName

    They aren't needed for Exchange. They are typically set to Automatic but not running.
    You can ignore them.
