I am a beginner so where do I start.

All too much information and confusing me ..I have no idea where to start and I don't know what azure is.I want to know how to do files and and stuff like that
and folders and get rid of duplicates. Several years ago I got 365 and was totally lost so i took it out and went back to my basic windows stuff. I want to know where to start to learn.
