Hello Team, After installation, Intune Comp portal was unable to verify my iPhone (failed step checking device settings). Takes a long time then failed/timed out. I'm running iOS 16.4.1 I have opened incident ID : D906E775 Please, assist in troubleshooting.

I am facing same issues with few users, did network reset, browser reset and reinstalled management profile still same issue, opened case with Microsoft still no luck. Please let us know if found any solution.

For the error, I have one suggestion. Maybe you can perform a network reset on the iPhone and see if it can check status successfully.

I have same issue. In the same phone everything was working right but stopped working. Have re-installed profiles and company portal many times. Network reset on the iPhone did not solve the problem.

Same issues reported - The devices are becoming non-Compliant and wiped off (retired) automatically. There are known issues - from iOS 16.4.1 Engaged with MSFT and apple.

After researching more, I find the following information:

The DDM command has been disabled in all scale units for the time being. Changes are being made to only turn the DDM command back on in iOS versions greater than or equal to 16.4 which is still in beta but has a fix for this issue.

Any customers still affected can try a reboot of the affected devices to see if it is working.

But personal devices are being retired - even after restarting nothing works - it's a new enrollment process again. Corporate devices are also same issues - after restart its not fixing - still non-compliant
