Bare Metal backup option not available

Hi I am looking to do a bare metal backup and also backup SQL as well as files on my server.

Environment is a 2019 physical onsite server running server 2019.

Initally I made a backup that was just for system state and files and this worked fine.

Now I have deleted this backup on Azure and created a new backup to include System State / Bare Metal / SQL / Files.

I am only getting option for Files and system state.

I have also reinstalled the agent on the server and reregistered it etc.

See attached picture of that I can see.

    I see that you have shared an image and that is for Microsoft Azure recovery agent (MARS) - used for backing up files, folders and system state.

    For your current requirement you should be installing Microsoft Azure Backup Server (MABS). For instructions refer to - https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-microsoft-azure-backup
