I need to test the installation and configuration of a web service to enroll for certificates.
Where can i locate step-by-step documentation to install and configure "Certificate Enrollment Web service", "Certification Authority Web Enrollment" and "Certificate Enrollment Policy web Service" either with a Standalone and an Enterprise CA in Windows Server 2019?
Is the documentation about Windows Server 2012 still valid and usable?

Is the documentation about Windows Server 2012 still valid and usable?
yes, it is still valid, so use it as a reference. There is no updated version for newer OS versions because nothing was changed since 2012.
