So, we recently began to experience that our devices become non compliant due to the Default Device Compliance Policy said it had the DefaultDeviceCompliancePolicy.RequireDeviceCompliancePolicyAssigned stated as not compliant. And we do have a Compliance Policy assigned - looks like this : Windows10CompliancePolicy.BitLockerEnabled Compliant Anyone else?

    @Mikkel Lund Knudsen Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    For this issue, we appreciate your help to try to sync the device and wait for some time to check if the device compliance status has changed.

    To prevent this behavior that evaluate the system account causes the device to be "not compliant": For devices with a user signed in - assign the compliance policy to a User group. For devices without a user signed in - assign the compliance policy to a Device group.
