Having trouble opening up certain sharepoint (office files) in client and app

Having issue with opening Some sharepoint files in Office client/app. It's saying it can't open in powerpoint for example and opening it in online version. It's happening for some folders and files, and not everything. Any idea? (coworkers don't have the same issue) Screenshot 2023-04-11 230429

    Hi,

    Did this problem appear in all PowerPoint files?

    Is the file shared?

    I suggest you check if this problem also appear in Word or Excel in the same folder.

    Then download the PowerPoint file to desktop and check if you can open it.
