I've been trying to log onto our Pitney Bowes site all week and can't. I keep getting this error My laptop is the only one getting it. The other laptop and even my cellphone can login. Pitney Bowes can't figure it out. After 6 days, I gave up with them. I've researched the error and it seems to tie to an x509 certificate; however mine is installed on my local machine. The only way I can login is by using a private browser. My Amazon and FB accounts were hacked over a month ago. Could this be related? I swept my laptop and didn't find anything. Now I'm concerned I may have missed something. Pitney Bowes says it's an ISP or firewall issue. If it was ISP the other laptop wouldn't be able to access correct? You help would be greatly appreciated.

I've done that. I've tried using different browsers also. Didn't work. Tried using a VPN. Doesn't work. What's even more strange is the particular site. www.pitneybowes.us is the site giving me issues. sendpro360.pitneybowes.com isn't giving me any problems. I'm using the same username and password. There are 2 laptops in the house. The other can sign in using the exact same credentials to sign in. My laptop can't. It's frustrating the heck out of me. I've combed the internet for a solution and can't find one. I've even installed Microsoft Admin Center to watch "my server" to see if anything pops up when I try. Nothing jumps off my screen; however, I haven't ever studied servers so I'm not proficient on what to look for.
