Microsoft Partner - How to request payment from an old Dev account

Hello.

I used to develop Apps for Windows Phone, back in 2013/2014. I made some money with the apps, in this same account email I'm using right now, but the payment proccess was really burocratic with Brazilian banks that time.

There is any way I could get the payment today, via paypal or newer payment options?

I can't reach the payment options in my dev center account anymore, also.
