When fine-tune models in Azure openAI will be available for the western europe region?

Hello, i want to fine tune a model in Azure OpenAI in the region West Europe. On the website it says: "South Central US and West Europe were previously available, but due to high demand they are currently unavailable for new customers to use for fine-tuning. Please use the East US region for fine-tuning." When can you expect the Europe region to be available for fine-tune models? Please advice, Thank you

    Currently there is no ETA for the fine-tune models availability in the West Europe region.
