    The preferred way of rendering the vocative case in English is plain "O" :-)

    Some experience with LiveKernelEvents and the formatting of the event data help to identify the cause. "Parameter 1: ffffcc82101ef460" indicates that hexadecimal values are being presented without a "0x" prefix; "Code: 141" looks like a bug check code and could be 141 (0x8D, which is not a documented value) or 0x141, which is VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED.
