How to download the Desktop Runtimes runtime synchronously when you package and install the package through VS?

I use vs to develop a winform software. Packaged as an installation package, you find that you need to use the Desktop runtimes runtime when other computers are running. Can I package the program into an installation package and download the Desktop Runtimes runtime as part of the installation? What should I do? thank you.
