How to upgrade Windows 10/11 OS versions from lower version to latest versions via Intune? Is there any way to do this as we have to upgrade around 140 devices from lower version?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Agree with @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko . We can create and assign Feature updates for Windows 10 and later policy to upgrade Windows 10/11 OS versions to latest versions in Intune. For more information, please refer to:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

1,Please help check if the Microsoft Account sign-in assistant (MSA or wlidsvc) service is disabled. When the MSA service is disabled, Windows Update no longer offers feature updates to devices that are running Windows 10, version 1709 or a later version, but servicing and definition updates can install successfully. For more information, please refer to:

Feature updates are not offered on Intune-managed Windows 10 devices

2,For further troubleshooting, we can check whether the Intune policy has been successfully deployed and applied to the target device. Check the settings in the Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\current\device\Update. For more detailed steps, please refer to:

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!
