Disable telemetry permanently in Azure Storage Explorer

I am a sys admin and am looking for a way to permanently disable telemetry in Azure Storage Explorer. I know how to opt out in the Help menu, but a user can just turn it back on. Is there a way to lock the option to opt in?

    No, It not possible to disable telemetry in Azure Storage Explorer. It by design.
