When I try to "Verify email address", I get "the page you requested cannot be found."

I applied for "Request Access to Azure OpenAI Service", and about 4 hours later I received an email titled "Action needed: Verify your email account with Microsoft". About 5 hours after receiving the email, I followed the link in the email to the Verify email address link and was presented with a page with the following message. ”We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.” The email I received said, "This link will automatically expire if not used within 7 days." but since I accessed the page on the day I received it, I do not believe this applies to me. How should I deal with this?

    Apply for the access again to see if you could get to the verify your email page again.
