“We try to start the exchange host search controller service also. it is giving error 1053“

1.Firstly, make sure your Exchange Server is fully updated with Windows updates. Reboot as necessary.
2.To fix the error 1053, please try to change the Registry ServicesPipeTimeout DWORD value. *__
