I have removed one user but it still giving error saying multiple entry

remove the user from azure AD deleted user . the user is been soft deleted . you have to hard delete the user or you have to wait for 30 days to be deleted permanently
You have to delete the user permanently from azure active directory . go to azure active directory the user then deleted user . from there delete the user
