There have recently been issues with a legacy component of Windows Online Speech Recognition Services meaning transcription failed on Windows 10 and UWP. The service has been said to be fully restored but I am still experiencing frequent issues on Hololens 2. The failures have been happening both using Microsoft apps and the app my team are working on using Unity's DictationRecognizer. The service does however seem to work fairly reliably on Windows 10 now. All of my comments reporting this under other questions have been deleted with no response, which is incredibly unhelpful. Any fixes or support would be greatly appreciated
