We have access to GPT35Turbo and GPT4 in Azure and working on integrations in our product. We are waiting for OpenAI availibility in EU-Clould (GPDR). Is there a time horizont when OpenAI will be available in EU cloud? Is there a time horizont when GPT4 will be generally available? Is there a time horizont when Custom GPT4 Models will be available? @Holger Unfortunately, I think at this point there is no ETA available that can be published for all the above questions. Although, OpenAI resource can be created in West Europe along with availability of some models in this region.

Based on my personal experience the demand for the service is huge so expansion of the same is mostly dependent on availability of compute for the models to be made available in newer regions. The release notes of the service should provide regular updates of GPT4 models and other OpenAI models. Thanks!!
