[GPT-4] Partner offering and deployment flexibility

Dear Microsoft team We want to understand if Microsoft has an enterprise partnership plan on GPT-4 service. For example:

  • Will the GPT-3.5/4 model be deployed in the Azure private cloud? Or on-prem
  • Will Microsoft assist to tailor/fine-tune the model?
  • Any enterprise-level support we have?
  • In terms of the Azure service usage, will GPT-4 be in a very similar way? E.g., just like how I manage my AD Thanks! XC
