Is there any reference to default Microsoft Defender Antivirus Policy using Intune / Endpoint Manager?

@RSahi, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In fact, Intune help to deploy some endpoint security antivirus policy settings based on your requirement. As the requirements of customers are different, currently, there's no recommended settings from Intune after researching. Here is a link describe each setting for your reference:
