problem when Create Azure OpenAI

I've applied the Azure OpenAI service, and today received the Onboarding to Azure OpenAI Service email, but when I tried to Create Azure OpenAI, it still let me apply the service, don't know what should I do now User's image

    Azure OpenAI access application data is confidential, and access is provided based on information shared with the gating team. I would encourage to raise support ticket to check further on this. If you have a valid support plan with your subscription you could use the option to submit a case from Help + Support blade with details of your application id so the service team can check and assist you accordingly.     Hi @浩 成,

    Perhaps a ticket to Microsoft would be better.

    The only tip I can give is that the corporate e-mail that you used in the Azure OpenAI service form should be exactly the same as the one you use to login into Azure Portal for that subscription.
