Azure OpenAI access application data is confidential, and access is provided based on information shared with the gating team. I would encourage to raise support ticket to check further on this. If you have a valid support plan with your subscription you could use the option to submit a case from Help + Support blade with details of your application id so the service team can check and assist you accordingly.
