phone number availability in Canada

I'm trying to register a phone number as part of ACS service it seems right now only if the billing address is in Us we can get the number not in Canada or elsewhere
is there any any plan to prepare this service in Canada also soon?

To acquire a phone number, you need to be on a paid Azure subscription. Phone numbers can't be acquired on trial accounts or by Azure free credits.

Currently, phone number availability is restricted to Azure subscriptions that have a billing address in the United States.**
