- You can test the device using Azure Kinect Viewer to verify if the sensors are working correctly and to figure out if the error could be related to a particular positioning of the device or the configuration.
- Test different operating modes to narrow down if the issue is happening in a specific mode
- Is your Azure Kinect recorder synchronized with any external devices?
- If the Azure Kinect recorder is synced with any external synchronized devices, restarting a subordinate device will cause synchronization to be lost.
- Please refer the Tips section of Use Azure Kinect recorder with external synchronized devices for more details if this is applicable to you.
- Make sure your device uses that latest Azure-Kinect-Sensor-SDK
