Did you set up the OneDrive sync health dashboard successfully on macOS (applying the EnableSyncAdminReports
setting to devices)? If you didn't set up it, follow the how-to steps for enabling sync reports on macOS devices in this article: Set up the OneDrive sync health dashboard. It will take up to three days for reports to be available. If the issue still persists, open a support ticket with Microsoft. Make sure that the device isn't powered off during this period so that the sync app can still run and send a health report.
