Overview no longer available - including AIM, Access Keys, etc. All gone after not logging in for a while

I notice that there is no Overview for any Azure resources. Not with any new Blob storage containers I've created or old ones in which I have full admin rights. Did the interface change? Is there anyway to change it back? ( screenshot 1 shows what I used to see, screenshot 2 for what I'm seeing now)

I tried installing Azure Storage Explorer but I don't see Azure Identity Management or Access Keys.
