Unable to access Device feature update readiness and compatibility risk report

Unable to access Device feature update readiness and compatibility risk report. It suddenly stop and not giving option to select the target OS.

As per Microsoft recommendation to enable below features to access those reports. It is enabled in our tenant. But, still not working.

Raised concern with Microsoft Intune support. But no luck.

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access the Device feature update readiness and compatibility risk report in Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Here are a few possibilities:

Endpoint Analytics Proactive Remediations: This feature needs to be enabled to access these reports. To enable it, navigate to Endpoint analytics > Proactive remediations.

Update Compliance: This feature also needs to be enabled. You can do this by going to Endpoint analytics > Update Compliance.
