How do I estimate required logical resources using Azure Quantum Resource Estimator?
While there isn't a way to only calculate logical resources, this is included in the overall results that are generated. You can see this is included Pre-layout logical resources (see screenshot below). Using an example notebook, go to Sample gallery > Resource estimation > Estimate with Q# input and find Pre-layout logical resources in cell 6:
If you are looking for the number of logical qubits, you can find those under Logical arithmetic qubits:
