My client cannot start, stop or restart his VM in a DevTestLab even by having the right role on it. The error says that he doesn't have the right access on it :

Here is the role I gave him on the DevTestLab :

    Issue:

User was unable to stop or restart the DevTest Lab VM

    Solution:
The user needs to have created the VM to have control over it.

It appeared that the DevTest Labs User should create the VM on their own
to have control over it, once they create a VM they become owners over the specific resource. So the user of the VM should have the role "Owner" or "Contributor" on the ressource to be able to access it.
