User not found during resource creation from Bot Composer Tutorial

I am following the guide here (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/composer/how-to-publish-bot#deploy-to-existing-azure-resources) and using the below command:

node provisionComposer.js --subscriptionId=<YOUR AZURE SUBSCRIPTION ID> --name=<NAME OF YOUR RESOURCE GROUP> --appPassword=<APP PASSWORD> --environment=<NAME FOR ENVIRONMENT DEFAULT to dev>

@Tashfeen Ekram The most likely reason for this error is that you the authentication from the browser was not successful or the user does not have access to create the resources required for the bot composer to be setup. Please check if you could login with a user who has required access or a contributor role for your subscription and try again.

@Tashfeen Ekram Also, is the tenant id that is displayed same as the account you want to deploy your bot?
