Please go to File > Account > Product Information, check the version name, update channel and version number like the following image.
I suggest you update your Microsoft 365 Apps to the newest via clicking Updates Options > Update Now

Besides, you may also update or re-install the graphic driver.
If nothing helps, it's recommended to uninstall the Microsoft 365 Apps via Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool and re-install it from aka.ms/office-install.
