Can Intune block URLs from being opened in a Safari View Controller in a managed iOS application?

We have a Swift application that has integrated Microsoft Intune for iOS for MDM. We open URLs in a Safari Viewer that link to external websites. Is there a way to respect the blocked URLs set up in the MDM policies via the Intune SDK so these Safari Viewers either don't open, or open but respect what URLs are blocked in the Intune policies?
