Visio 2021 is locking up due to high memory usage(from 14 to 20% to 99%) when I zoom in and out.

This started right after a Microsoft Update, but not sure if connected or not. When I zoom in and out of a drawing on Visio, my memory goes to 99% usage and eventually Visio 2021 shuts down. Normally it is running between 10 and 20%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it works fine for a cay and then it starts all over again. A few days I turned off Microsoft updates, uninstalled Visio 2021 and reinstalled Visio 2021. It worked great for 4 or 5 days so I turned updates back on last night and sure enough today it started locking up and shutting down again. Any help would be appreciated.
