@AochaungMogic Access to the Azure OpenAI service is governed by the gating team based on your application id. Due to the nature of the information shared with the application the details of the same cannot be tracked by other users apart from gating team.

I understand your concern on not being able to track your application. To check the status of the application you can raise an azure support case with the application details so the support team can check your status with the concerned team. If you do not have a support plan for your subscription, please do let us know.
