Getting "not applicable" status of symantec endpoint protection app while deploying it via intune.

the setup file is already converted into. intunewin file.

    You then have some filters, aad group limitations or app requirements that do not match devices you are applying it to.

    1,Please help check the IME log in C:\programdata\microsoft\intunemanagementextension\logs\IntuneManagementextension.log to see if there is any error. Refer to:

    Win32 App installation IME process

    2,Also make sure the client app workload is set to Pilot or Intune if your device is Co-Managed with SCCM.

    Intune Win32 App Deployment Failed. Not Applicable

    Hello

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    Look it up in the event viewer. logs for applications and services -> Microsoft -> Windows -> devicemanagement-enterprise-diagnostics-provider. You'll learn why that can occasionally be useful.

    The majority of my problems are either licensing-related (the setting needs Windows Enterprise) or legacy-related (the setting can't be changed at all). For the setting you specified, neither of them appear to be the case, so I'm interesting to see what the log says.
