Hi,
I have imported hardware has file in Intune. device enrollment failed during Device Setup during ESP.
So i have deleted it from Azure AD and Intune.
Do i need to use the same hardware hash file which was imported earlier or new hardware hash file to be generated

It doesn't matter. The data contained and necessary for importing into Autopilot is extractable from a new or old "hash" file.
@Boopathi Subramaniam ,For hardware hash, if there's no hardware changed on the device, we can use the previous hardware hash. Reset the device will not affect. If we replace parts, we need to gather the new hardware hash, though it depends on what is replaced, and the characteristics of the parts. For example, if we replace the TPM or motherboard, it’s a new device and we must have new hardware hash. If we replace one network card, it’s probably not a new device, and the device will function with the old hardware hash. However, as a best practice, we should assume the old hardware hash is invalid and get a new hardware hash after any hardware changes. This process is recommended anytime we replace parts..
