@Khushboo Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

For the built-in Intune cleanup rules, we can only configure Intune to automatically remove devices that appear to be inactive, stale, or unresponsive.

    https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/devices-wipe#automatically-delete-devices-with-cleanup-rules

Currently, there's no such setting in Intune clean up rule to remove the "iOS and Android" non-compliant devices. You can feedback in the following link to see if we can get this feature in the future:

    https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/ef1d6d38-fd1b-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472

As a workaround, we can manually remove non-compliant iOS and Android devices from Intune according to these steps as below:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
    2. Go to Devices > All devices. This will bring up a list of all devices in Intune.
    3. Use the filters at the top to find the non-compliant devices you want to remove. For example, you can filter by "Compliance status" to only show devices that are non-compliant. And filter by "OS" to only Android and iOS devices.
    4. Click on the "Remove" button on the selected devices from Intune to remove the device.

Hope the above information can help.
