Hello,
When we create standard sku AKS, azure automatically creates a default public ip as outbound for standrad load balancer in MC-xxxx group.
Does it adds any cost or its free as created dynamically by azure.

Every Azure Cloud service containing one or more Azure Virtual Machines is automatically assigned a free dynamic virtual IP (VIP) address. For an additional charge, you can also get:
Just to clarify, the virtual IP address is the private IP address which is free, the public IP address is charged

@Alistair Ross So that dynamic public ip for outbound is chargeable? Am I correct
I am not entirely sure on the AKS architecture regarding network traffic flow, however if you have a public IP address, it is chargeable. However a public IP address isn't needed for outbound internet connectivity as you can route traffic via the virtual IP within the vNET. Public IP addresses are typically needed when you need someone externally connecting to your application or service via the internet.

@Alistair Ross Are you referring to the Basic SKU AKS in which there is no standard load balancer available.

AKS clusters are deployed on a virtual network and have outbound dependencies on services outside of that virtual network. These outbound dependencies are almost entirely defined with fully qualified domain names (FQDNs). By default, AKS clusters have unrestricted outbound (egress) Internet access, which allows the nodes and services you run to access external resources as needed. If desired, you can restrict outbound traffic.
