unable to export reports from Intune Device compliance

Hello All,

I am unable to export reports from Intune, it simply gives an error says export failed,

after check in Developer option found that the export job keep failing with Internal Server 500 Error, after double clicking on red "ExportJobs" it shows some authentication token error pasted the snapshot in the chat.

things already done:-

  1. tried with multiple browsers and network
  2. checked the assigned role and access (account have Global admin right and E5 license)
  3. created another tenant in the Azure directory and using that I was able to export the reports, but can't understand why not working for this tenant.
  4. tried with MS graph as well, unable to get the report from there also
