how to fix internet theft from Microsoft?

Where do I send the invoice for Microsoft internet usage? Use use it - YOU PAY FOR IT.

I live in a remote area. This means internet is expensive and charged by the GB. Despite daily removal of permissions, 'pausing' of updates and disabling of all processes relating to them Microsoft persist in accessing and abusing my connection. Further compounded by the updates breaching merchantability by their incapacity to perform with existing programs, costing me further in work and time. The daily usage is $20 a day from Microsoft. I realise that Microsoft feel entitled to the property of others, that their pyramid Peer To Peer scheme probably looked clever on paper, but it is illegal in Australia. Service providers aren't even allowed to facilitate access to sites and organisations that may hint at P2P. I don't want the update AND I DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S!

You won't stop, let's admit that. A bully knows when his victims have no recourse. How about meeting me half way and paying for what you use. You can either pay $140 a week or you can lump sum the year, I won't even calculate the weekly losses to productivity as a throw in extra.

ps. Is there an option to sign up for news letters about any class actions against Microsoft, I want to sign up for as many as I can. You've abused your users for too long.
