Hi All,

I'm deploying windows 10 1909 Task sequence and while installing one of the applications I get an error in the application MSI log

"Service failed to start , Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"

I thought since the Task Sequence is using the local system account so it is supposed to be able to have the permissions .

How I can troubleshoot this issue ?

    Does the application install outside the IPU process? When you say MSI log, are you referring to verbose log captured using /l*v?

    I never yet tried to install it outside of the the task sequence and yes the log is the verbose log using /l*v

    @Immer

    As we mentioned that we have got this error "Service failed to start , Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services", could we use our local system account run this failed application separately to see if it is ok?
