Earlier I could access the last 30 days telemetry data on the Raw Data tab of a device provisioned in Azure IoT Central. But now s I can only see data for last 7 days. Is this an update or an error from Azure's side? Or have I made some change inadvertently in the settings? In the Quotas and Limits section of IoT Central documentation it says that last 30 days data is stored. Please help out on this issue.

Earlier I could access the last 30 days telemetry data on the Raw Data tab of a device provisioned in Azure IoT Central. But now s I can only see data for last 7 days.
Your understanding is correct. Data is retained on a rolling 30-day basis and you can continuously export the data using the export feature in IoT Central.

Could you confirm if you are seeing the same behaviour on all devices or any particular device?
Actually at the moment I have provisioned only one device. But while getting to know IoT central I created few more device instances on the application. When I go on the Raw Data tab of those instances as well and select edit time range, I am only allowed to choose from last 7 days even if I choose "Custom" option.
Another thing: If I use a POST request to download data, I am able to do that for the last 30 days, but I am not able to see this data on IoT Central in the Raw Data tab.

@Viraj Kamat There are no changes on the data retention policies. Our team is looking into this internally. Please stay tuned for further updates.
Thanks for giving the update, Ashok. As of now the issue still persists. As shown in the image attached, there is not last month option provided in the edit time range button.

Hi @Viraj Kamat , the raw data view only has 7 days retention(by design), but the telemetry used for dashboard can be 30 days.
