How do I stop feature update 2004 from installing?

If this update is in a single deployment, we could delete the deployment on the console and run the policy again on the side of the client. If many updates are in a deployment, we could disable the deployment and delete this update, and able the deployment, finally run the policy again on the side of the client.

The current status is I'm not quite sure how to do that, could Amanda give me some guidance?
I have a stand alone PC 3GHz Processor 16GB RAM running win 10 home ver 1903 installed on 18th Oct 2019 64 bit.
I'm not sure if the update is in a seperate deployment as that isn't shown in the list on my PC.
As this update is so large (I think this is why it is failing) can I download it as a file and then install it, if so can you send the link please.
All other updates have installed except for one (security intelligence update for win defender antivirus) I have another antivirus software so I wasn't concerned.

Failed on 2nd Sept and 19th Sept 0xc1900104
Failed on 18th Oct 0x800704c7
There aren't any KB numbers for this update.
