Tenant Allow/Block list

I recently blocked some emails on the tenant allow/block list. We realized the next day that this was blocking the entire domain. So i deleted the emails from the tenant allow/block list. But users are still facing issue sending emails (receiving bounce back email)

Remote server returned '550 5.7.703 Your message can't be delivered because one or more recipients are blocked by your organization's tenant recipient block policy. AS(8910)'

How long does it take for the changes to reflect as it has been 20 hours since i last deleted them from the block list. Is there anything else i can do to escalate the process?

    Hi @Asma ,

Normally, deleting a blocklist entry should take effect immediately. Please confirm that the email address in your block list has been successfully deleted. It is better if you can provide any screenshot.

Manage allows and blocks in the Tenant Allow/Block List | Microsoft Learn

To double confirm, use the Get-TenantAllowBlockListItems cmdlet to view entries in the Tenant Allow/Block List.

    Get-TenantAllowBlockListItems -Entry <your email address> -Block
