I'm using passwordless and MS Authenticator app with toannguyen.it@outlook.com and enabled backup with toan-nd@outlook.com (verify a/c is paul-nd@outlook.com).

I just removed MS Auth app this morning, and reinstalled it with toan-nd@outlook.com. I tried to recover from backup but got below message. I also tried to account recovery options but I'm still stuck with 2nd MFA + paul-nd@outlook.com.

Need MS Support and get access back to my accounts, toan-nd@outlook.com and paul-nd@outlook.com

    Try using the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

    then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
