I'm using passwordless and MS Authenticator app with toannguyen.it@outlook.com and enabled backup with toan-nd@outlook.com (verify a/c is paul-nd@outlook.com).
I just removed MS Auth app this morning, and reinstalled it with toan-nd@outlook.com. I tried to recover from backup but got below message. I also tried to account recovery options but I'm still stuck with 2nd MFA + paul-nd@outlook.com.
Error message: Signing in to this device requires a password on your account. Visit https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx to add a password to your account. After adding a password, come back to sign in to this device.
